First and last visit.........They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I could also hear the lady in he next room in pain apparently the dentistinjured her in the face or something..Got out while I can......... NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!! NOT RECOMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After being a faithful patient for a long time, I am NO LONGER GOING THERE..The lady in the front is extremely rude and bossy! She must realize that we are the customer and we pay her salary through her boss!! Good luck going there!!!!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
AFTER BEING A LONG TERM PATIENCE 3 IN OUR FAMILY THEY CHANGED TO 25 DOLLAR FEE FOR CANCELL AND WE ONLY EVER CANCELLING 1 TIME .THEY CAN CANCELL ON YOU WHEN THEIR HYGENICE IS SICK BUT U CANT WHICH ALL OF THEIRS ARE SICK ALOT.. .RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE. REFUSED TO NOT CHRG ME THE CANCELL FEE EVEN THOUGH IF I RESCHEDUAL .WE HAVE ALAWAYS BEEN IN EVERY 6 MOTHS FOR CLEANINGS AND ANYTHING ELSE ..IM DONE THEY HAVE LOST 3 PATIENCE WHICH IS GONNA COST THEM MORE IN THE LONG RUN

This doctor is horrible. He cut my face with the drill and then told me it had to do with a reaction with the novacaine. Every time I go in there are new people. And who is that little woman in the office, she screams and yells at her employees. No wonder they are always new ones. They don't have a clue on how to run a business. Its dirty and the equipment is outdated. All I can say is that this place SUCKS. I went from one bad place to another, after he explained that Tompkins and Cortland are known for being chop shops. I thought it would be a good experience but it was not. DON"T GO THERE I would not recommend it.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I had to find another dentist to fix what this guy had done to my teeth after being in pain for a week and living on advil!
