Are you serious this Dentist has 4 1/2 stars. Everything Nikki says is totally true. Caps/crowns fit incorrect cause major infections which I had to have surgery to remove. Since the LARGE crown she put on broke several teeth around it. OMG this Dentist is Horible. She has caused so much trouble in my mouth from her poor poor treatment!!! I beg you don't go there.

I thought that this dentist was very good but after the many fillings she had done started to need replacing, I changed my mind. Fillings were falling out after 6months to a year. Each time I had to pay & the tooth would become more fragile. A crown she did needs to be redone, as it does not fit properly and isn't to the gumline. She thought it was OK. She has no hygienist, that's a big red flag I should have paid attention to. Cleanings were way to quick to be thorough.
Office staff is wonderful, office itself is basic, clean but antiquated.

Office staff are very nice. The doctor is nice as well and good. She is not afraid to refer patients for procedures out of her range. I respect that. The only negative is their billing. We've been going there for a very long time. Apparently missed an appt that we never received a reminder card or call, and now have to pay a missed appt fee of $37. This is not the first time we've been billed for non procedural expenses. If this human error is not resolved based on our long time good standing, we will leave. Good medical care needs to be combined with good customer service. Competition is fierce.

Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks

I went to this dentist for 1 cap. From day 1 expressed it was fitted to large in my mouth. She did not even lisen to my concern. She refunded me 200. of my 1485 I paid. I have had severe pain and went back 6 times. She did not stand by her work and ruined my beautiful teeth. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST!! She does not have updated equipment in the office. Worst experience of my life. I am in pain everyday from her work in my mouth.

I'm 25 and never had a cavity in my life. I moved to a new area and saw a new dentist who said I had 3 cavities and needed fillings. I was suspicious and went to Dr. Killian for a second opinion. She said I had no cavities at all. I appreciated her honesty. She and her staff were extremely friendly, thorough, and helpful. I'm disabled, and Dr. Killian took extra time and care to make sure that I was comfortable and understood everything she was doing. Knowing that Dr. Killian is honest, competent, and kind, I have no reason to look for another dentist. I strongly recommend her to anyone with special needs.
