I am a certifiable dental phobic, having endured lots of treatment as a child without benefit of local anesthia. Fortunately, 15 years ago, I found Dr. Killian who is always so patient with me. She explains everything she needs to do in advance and always takes the time to make sure that I am as comfortable and as relaxed as possilbe. I appreciate Dr. Killian's knowledge and competence, but also her kindness and gentleness. The staff is friendly and helpful. I can always get an appointment when needed and they work with my dental insurance to help me get the benefits that I am entitled to. I could not ask for anything more from a Dental office!

I am a patient of Dr. Killian, and I myself and also a dentist. I have had extensive crown work performed by Dr. Killian. She comes highly recommended and has very high clinical standards and is very ethical. Her equipment is new and her office is clean. Her staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr. Killian since I was a child. I am now graduating from college and glad I will be working nearby so I can continue to see her. Not only is she an excellent dentist but she is a kind and gentle person and her staff is terrific! I would recommend her to anyone. She has convenient daytime and evening office hours to accommodate busy schedules and her staff was always able to get me in over break from school.

My entire, very large, family goes to Dr. Killian-Norris and have for more than 15 years. She is a truly warm and caring individual and an excellent dentist. I trust her completely with my dental needs and those of our children (who are no longer children, but still actually enjoy visiting her). When I had a dental problem, she stuck with me (including numerous after-hours phone calls) until everything was perfect. She works around our schedule (and with 6 kids that's not an easy thing to do), and always gets us in when needed (and responds to after-hours emergencies very quickly). When my daughter had a dental emergency in another state, she helped find a dentist and spoke to them multiple times to make sure that they understood exactly what my daughter needed. She goes way beyond what would ever be expected of a dental professional. Her staff is wonderful. They are caring, professional and extremely good at their jobs. There are no negatives here - she will take you at your appointed time, care about you and your mouth, and probably even make you laugh. You couldn't do better than Dr. Lenore Killian-Norris

I have gone to Dr. Killian-Norris since I was in the first grade and still see her a college freshman now. She is spectacular- not usually a word I hear others describing their dentists with, but Dr. Killian-Norris is! Not only has she done an excellent job over the years and been great with dealing with dental issues, she has also made an outstanding effort to communicate to my orthodontists and oral surgeon to make sure I was in the most capable hands. In addition, Dr. Killian-Norris is one of the sweetest people ever, asking me about my summer job, my college classes (since she remembers both the camp I work at and the college I attend,) not to mention asking about my hobbies, my siblings (all who have been in her care as well.) While most people complain about the dentist I am usually just happy to see Dr. Killian-Norris!

I went to that dentist due to co-workers said she was very nice. This dentist is very nice and the staff is very friendly however the work I had completed was horible. I had a complete full x-rays done with the old machine that exposes you to a large dose of radiation. Then I had 1 cap put on which I informed the assistant and dentist that it felt to large as she tested it. After she adjusted it then i still complained it was to large. She refunded me $201.00 for the 1400.00 cap i had put on and never stood behind her work for a replacement cap that would fit properly. I have had lots of pain due to the quality of work that was completed by this dentist. Plus had to pay again to have work completed correctly. I don't recommend this dentist to anyone unless you just need a cleaning.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
