Why is Wirick still showing up when at the same office with a different name they do not want to assume any responsibility in handling accounts.
They say that that is not their concern anymore since they changed hands.When you ask how to get in touch with Wirick they shrug their shoulders and say they do not know. That is absurd. I found out there was an outstanding payment when it showed up on my credit report. I immediately paid again even though I had a receipt from years earlier for the exact same amount.It has been a couple of months and it is still showing not paid.I actually paid the new office, however, I can not get any help in notifying the credit bureau it has been paid.I asked to see the business manager when I went by in person and she would not even give me the consideration of speaking with me about the matter. I am going to tell everyone I can about the way I was treated at this facility and advise them to tell everyone else not to go there. They are very unprofessional.
