Does this Dentist have a good reminder system about cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments?

Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use?
Absolutely
Was the Dentist able to take and develop x-rays in their office?
Yes
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

The dentist and his staff are excellent. They are friendly and accommodating. I feel welcome and comfortable during every visit. Everyone on the staff has been friendly. I have always been impressed with their professionalism and would recommend this provider to anyone.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lynn Wiggs for at least 15 years. He not only has looked after my teeth...but my family’s teeth as well. He and his staff are always friendly and show compassion for those who are less than comfortable sitting in a dentist chair. I have always felt at ease…and have gotten to the point I even enjoy having my teeth cleaned. I completely trust his recommendations and procedures. Even the doctors he recommends for outside work are just as professional as Dr. Wiggs. Everything is always explained in detail and he always encourages you to call him with any questions or concerns once you leave his office.

I have used Dr. Wiggs for over 25 years. My experience has all been "the best of the best". Dr Wiggs is extremely professional, knowledgeable, competent and experienced. In cases where he felt a specialist was better qualified to treat me, even though he was capable and licensed to treat me, he would refer me to the specialist. He has made several night guards for my severe TMJ. They have completely resolved this issue for me. He is a TMJ specialist. Very conservative in his treatment of patients. I know many of Dr. Wiggs patients who all feel the same way I do.

Dr. Wiggs was my childhood dentist growing up in Raleigh and I'm excited to return to the practice now that I've moved back to town and introduce my husband and 2-year old. I've never felt uncomfortable in the office and always felt like part of the family! Best dentist in Raleigh!

I started realizing that every time I went in there was some procedure that had to be done. The last time I saw him he said I looked fine and then said wait you have to have this crown replaced. When I asked for him to show me the x-ray he waved it past me and wouldn't discuss what it was he saw. The estimate was over 1k. That was five years ago and I still have the same crown and a different dentist. After I stopped going there the hygenist called me to make an appt. When I explained to her what happend her reply was that Dr. Wiggs would tell me it was a free country to which I replied that was why I was seeing a different dentist. I had liked her before that call. I saw that his daughter got married shortly after my appointment and that her reception was at The Carolina Country Club. The needless work all made sense after that.
