Dr. Wiggs *HUMILIATED* me. When he was probing my gums I said ow ONE TIME because it hurt and he told me to "Grow Up". I am an adult. He then told me that he did not think he was qualified to fill the cavities I had and that I should go somewhere else. I would never visit them again. I was more than very disappointed.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am impressed with how helpful the staff is. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and new. Dr. Wiggs is excellent about explaining what he is doing and his staff is very good about making one feel comfortable.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
