Dr. Newsome has taken care of my family for over 30 years. I feel that she and her associates have always done exceptional work on our dental problems, much better than some other dentists we've used in the past. Her fees are very reasonable. Her group is expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was a little loud but it didn't bother me and I like the down home feel you get when you visit her practice.

Dr. Newsome has been my dentist for more than 10 years and I am happy to refer others to her practice. She keeps me in good shape, and I trust her completely. She has a sense of humor, and together with her dental hygienist, make me laugh while I'm in for my check-ups. They don't hurt, either!

The dentist is rude and abrupt. I brought my son for an emergency visit because he had a fall and his tooth is turning gray. She did not address the tooth, which was the whole reason I brought him! I had to chase her down the hallway and all she had to say was "It is awfully dark" and walked away! The assistant was very nice and professional. On the way out, the children are allowed to pick a prize from the prize box. My son picked a very cheap looking motorcycle and asked if he could get one for his baby sister as well. I was explaining to him that it was very nice and thoughtful to think of his sister, but that we could only get one toy. The receptionist very loudly and rudely starts telling him "NO ONLY ONE", talking over me and interrupting me to my own child! No one asked for her to interject, and he was not fussing or anything, so there was no reason to talk over me and try to over parent me. Will never ever go back.
