Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

a zero rating would be to good for this office! my daughter and i went to this dentist for her first dentist visit she is four when her name was called we got up and entered exam room at which time my daughter heard a dental tool in the next room and started to cry. immediately a woman dentist from across the hall came in and said that my child had a behavior problem i was instructed to leave my child in opposing room and enter her room to talk , she said that my child was very bad and i need to really tell her and show her that she was doing bad. she said that all she could do for me was refer me to someone else and checked on a refer paper that she had behavior management problems and wrote that she never got in the chair, first they never tried to get her in the chair or tired to clam her from the noise in the other room. This was her first time and they acted like they did not care and just handed me the paper and said that was it, this place is not child friendly at all nothing in the waiting room for them and the exam rooms or just basic nothing that a child would be interested in. I would have to say my child is now scared of the den. and i dont wish this on anyone. And all this was from a child crying a little for her first den app.

Not at all, they rushed me out the door

Not really, they've recommended a few things I don't need

If I could give Dr. Newsome, and her entire staff a 0 star rating I would! As soon as I arrived to the office, they took my daughter back for x-rays, and were very uncommunicative! This is my daughter's first time to the dentist and she was very scared! Seeing as how they offer pediatric services I would assume they know how to properly communicate with children, so the children are not so scared. Not only did they not explain what they were going to do to my daughter, but they did not even bother saying anything to me (the parent!). Then when the doctor came into the office the doctor acted as if I am this second rate citizen or something just because I can speak a 2nd language and I was speaking this language to my children! Then, the doctor did not bother saying anything to me, in front of me she started talking about my daughter's teeth to her assistant in a negative way, with me standing right there! Her specific words were "Oh god, why do I have to do this when she is awake?" !!!! Come on, all she was doing is looking at her teeth, no procedures necessary! Then she told my daughter, that she sucks her thumb. I corrected her, my daughter has never sucked her thumb in her entire life, I am a stay at home mother and I have watched my children since they have been born! She looked at me and said, "Look, what I learned in school to become a dentist tells me that 98% of the time when children's teeth look this way is because they suck thier thumb." She basically called me a Liar to my face! Then she left the room, never asked me if I had any questions or concerns, nothing! I'm sorry, but anyone with a working brain, and the drive can become a "Dr." so there is no reason for this woman what so ever to treat me or my children like we are beneath her! For all she knows, I probably make more $ than her, working my own business! I will never EVER go there or let alone recommend this office! BEWARE!
