They make sure every single question I have is answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I have 6 children, who all go in for cleanings at the same time. They always let the kids watch each other's work and ask questions. It helps them to not be scared of getting their own work done. I wouldn't want anyone else to take care of my children's teeth. Dr. Scarbrough always tells me "This is what I would do if it were my child" when I'm trying to make a decision about how to handle tooth issues.

They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.
