The customer service is great not only from the dentist, but also the office. They do a great job at explaining your costs and benefits for every procedure. The dentist, Dr. John Andreas is really good at putting at ease and letting you know what a procedure will do to your teeth and how long it will take. He has filled every cavity under 15 minutes and it has always been pain-free. I always have the choice of watching TV during my dental procedure, or they have plenty of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even notice that I had a dental procedure because it is always so quick and I can be entertained. This provider has a lot of helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
