On Wednesday I had corrective and restorative work completed by Dr. Cheong who was assisted by certified Dental Assistant Camille. They were so attentive, gentle and detailed that they restored my smile to what I once had and I was in disbelief when I saw how perfect and natural everything looked. Dr. Cheong is a brilliant dentist and her gentle caring touch is the most remarkable I've ever had from any dentist.
Dr. Cheong's staff is always kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. I can tell there is a very good flow throughout the office and everyone always seems happy and supportive.
I am so thankful for Dr. Cheong and I feel very fortunate that she is now my dentist. I think everyone deserves the absolute best treatment and care when in the hands of a medical provider and with Dr. Cheong and her staff you can be assured you are getting the ABSOLUTE BEST!

Dr. Cheong is awesome. One of the best. But her front staff is rude and impatient at times. Penny acts as if you are getting on her nerves when looking for an appointment, well pretty much any transaction. I have been a patient for at least five years or better. They dropped me for an overdue bill that wasn’t even mailed to my address, my son was the patient. When I received notice, it was getting close/ passed due, paid it. Staff is very short dealing with me now. Loyality to this dentist office meant nothing.

Terrible. I spoke to a lady named 'Megan' and tried to set up an appointment. Using my husband's insurance (had great benefits), I tried to make an appointment over the phone. Megan was very rude, not helpful, and only wanted my insurance information for verification. I even offered my husband's HR specialists number for any clarification, but wouldn't even take the time to call for a 2 minute conversation. I don't understand how people can be rude, when they are trying to bring in new business. Do they want to fail and turn people away? We are fully covered by our insurance and can afford dental care and yet, they offer poor customer service. I wasted over 30 minutes of my time to make an appointment. I called another dentist office and voila! appointment made in 5 minutes! It's unfortunate that I was unable to even meet with Dr. Cheong, when I've heard great things about her. ridiculous.

They are fine when everything is going OK, but once something goes wrong they are very difficult to deal with and rude, even tell you that you are wasting their time although actually they are wasting your time.

Dr Cheong is a very professional and knowledgeable dentist and has a good manner. She takes time to explain everything in detail. Sarah, the hygienist was great! She is very friendly and was gentle but thorough in her cleaning. She provided time for rinsing whenever needed, and was very friendly. I highly recommend this dental office!
