Dr. Ostromecky takes very good care of his patients. He goes above and beyond whenever possible and helps as many people as he can. I have been a patient for a few years now and have had only good experiences. His staff really seem to love their patients and do their very best every day. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I woke up in the morning with a horrible toothache and found a Dr. Ostromecky, who is in my insurance network. On the plus side, they were able wo see me with in a couple of hours. The staff was friendly and very nice. Dr. Ostrmecky, on the other hand, was aloof, barely spoke to me, took one look at my x-ray and glanced in my mouth but never really examined my tooth, and said I needed a presription for the infection in my tooth. Told me to take Tylonol and Motrin for the pain and said he would be right back with the prescription. It was his assistant who came back with the prescription and a referral to an oral surgeon. Wehn I asked what the referral was for she said "for the extraction" which was never mentioned by the doctor. I left and went the next dat to a dofferent dentist, sho was much nicer and afdter examining my tooth said that I would need a root canal and a crown, but that an extraction was absolutely not necessary. I short, Ostrmecky seems like he could care less about his patients and makes knee jerk decisions based on supercicial data. I wouldn't go back to him if he paid me!

The hygeinists and office staff were friendly and willing to answer questions. The dentist acted bothered by my questions. He even rolled his eyes at me at one point when I went back to have a filling fixed. When I still had pain later he suggested a crown might be needed. Even though I'm not a dentist, I know my body and knew he was not right. The tooth didn't hurt until he touched it. I went to another dentist with whom I am very pleased. He fixed the problem and I have no crown. I will never go back here and highly recommend others avoid this office.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Beware, my teeth hurt every since I went to him. Had a root canal done, and now I need an operation to fix it, because not done correctly. My mouth will never be the same.
