They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They delayed billing, charged 25% interest on balance, refused for months to send me billing statement. Dental plan was what Dr. Ostromecky wanted for his pocketbook, not mine.

Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks
