I have been fairly happy with MWOS but I have a couple of insurance questions that have gone unanswered for a while. I've called numerous times and always get a message to leave a message. I left one a week ago and still have not received a call back to answer a couple of basic questions. I know they have plenty of office help but nobody seems to be able to answer a phone.
On a positive note, I was very impressed with Dr. Gordon!

The front desk staff, Erica has no patience to answer billing questions. I am not sure if she knows the answers or just too busy to answer my questions seeing that my estimated co pay is $1,600.
She asked if I was to stay with my daughter in the waiting room or what number could I be reached for them to call me because no one is allowed in the room with her. Initially, I was going to stay but decided to get some things done when the called my daughter in. I was going to give Erica my cell number and let her know that I am stepping out. She responded that I have to stay in the waiting room then she rolled her yeas. I find this unprofessional! Why give an option if you require someone to wait in the waiting room? Erica if you must, roll your eyes at people when they are not looking.
