This was the most unproffesional doctors office I have ever been to... not the doctors, but the staff. The new office manager is just rude. It has been 2 weeks today that I requested a detailed summery of services. I was told it takes 15 mins and she would fax it to my work. Never recieved. So far it was supposed to be faxed, emailed, and sent to my house and still not recieved. They don't return phone calls, could not give me an estimate on services, and when they finally did it was incorrect. They were charging me too much and didn't realize it until I made them go over it with me 3 times. They told me I had an extraction, but they never pulled any teeth. rediculous..... I requested a refund on services not rendered but Im sure I will never see that. I would not recommend anyone going to this office. Not to mention, they had my name spelled wrong and the wrong address. When I mentioned it to the new "manager" she said " oh, well, it was just the Trail was supposed to be trace" REALLY? totally outragious!!!!

Great Office! Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly! definitely a dentist I trust with my mouth and my money! Not many dental offices have it together, but this one is perfect! They can even set you up on reasonable payment plans!

Office is a mess. The doctors did NOT explain my dental treatment just did a bunch of work I did NOT want or ask for. They MAX out my insurance and the crown that did NOT fit or match the color of my other teeth and a filling fell out a week later. They only have dental students working their not real employee, no one can answer any questions or has any ideal what's going on. I have call the office many times to get a refund since they had me pay before they did the work and then billed my insurance and won't refund my money. No one will call me back!! I waited minimum of 1 hour for all my appointments.

Two young experienced dentists working at the office. Have seen Dr. Natakuda, she is great....and Dr. Cory Mittendorf is very gentle and nice! Explained what he diagnosed for easy understanding!

It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance, 8am. I sat in their waiting room untill 11am, asked why the delay, They had only on dental assistant, the other one called in sick. I was told at 11 am that I would have to wait another 1 hour before they could get to me. I got up an left. They are now charging me $275 because I left! I am never going back and anyone I speak to will know what kind of shafter he is. Please do no make the same mistake I made and go to someone more reputible. . Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. All the equipment at this office is old and outdated. It looks seriously dangerous. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. This is the first dentist that has ever given me his cell phone number in case I had pain after he fixed my tooth. Doctor. Smith is very thorough and tries to keep one from having any pain. I would not go anywhere else. He even has early morning hours for people to come in for treatment before they go to work. If you need a dentist and are afraid of the pain then try Doctor Smith.

The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.They have since moved to a new office that is up to date and cleaner. But the shocking thing I noticed sitting next to another patient was when they finished the extraction and the guy left the doctor cleaned up the bloody mess with his bare hands with no gloves on,...gross out!
