I had a 9 am appointment and showed up 10 minutes early, signed in and rang the bell at the front desk since nobody was at the desk. No one answered, so I had a seat in the waiting room. A few minutes later, a few minutes before 9 am, a person without an appointment came in after me and was seen. The person left around 9:25. I waited 5 minutes after they left figuring the Dr may need to prep the area for my procedure, and went to the desk at 9:30. Still no one there and since I took off work for this appointment and another, I wasn't going to miss the other appointment because this office is completely unprofessional. It is especially frustrating because the Dr came to the waiting room to allow the walk in ahead of me, so should have noticed that someone else was in there. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I will never come back here again

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
