This entire office is extremely incompetent. The only thing I can say was half way decent was the teeth cleaning. If you are expecting a deep cleaning there is an extra charge. Paperwork was not sent in for insurance approval prior to the work being completed. So along with the 5900.00 out of pocket which I paid up front I am now being charged an addition 990.00 along with 325.00 in fees for there collection agency. I have submitted payments but now they are returning them to me. This is totally unfair being as all of this work performed nothing fits in my mouth. A total waste. Do yourself a favor find a dentist that can do everything in one place. This place is a total disappointment.

The office staff is extremely rude and incompetent. I scheduled an appointment a few weeks in advance and they did not tell me the paperwork they submitted to my insurance for pre-approval was never approved until I was actually sitting in the dental chair ready for my procedure. I even called the week before to make sure everything was taken care of and they assured me they had taken care of everything. So I took off of work for nothing and they made me call my insurance company as I sat in the dental chair to try to figure out the mistake made by the Lakehills office staff. The dentist was going to charge me a small fortune to complete the procedure that day without going through insurance, but I declined. Now that I have told them I'm switching to a new dentist, I suddenly owe them money from a previous procedure. I can't even believe this place is still in business.

I and my family as well as my in laws were looking for a new dentist in the area as our previous doctor retired and had nothing but great experiences here! Got me in early for emergency visits and have always been extremely professional and kind to my daughter.
Highly recommended and highly skilled with all the state of the art equipment onsite. If your looking for a new dentist give them a shot. If your kid has 4 cavities at 11 of course he had a bad experience at the dentist lol. 5 stars highly recommended A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

After three years we've decided to leave Lakehills Dentistry. We noticed over time our need for extra dental work kept increasing. It was always a cavity, a crown or some other procedure that was "needed" right away. My wife Facebooked that she was looking for a new dentist. A friend had this same dentist and their family left for the same reason. Unneeded work, especially crowns.

Now to assure you that we are not just dental slobs, we brush twice a day and floss every night. We use anti-plague gargle. We use enamel building toothpaste with top end electric toothbrushes. We brush like maniacs and still keep needing work from this place. We're done here.
