I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy.
I had a procedure done by Paul E Latvin, .D.D.S.. in the office in Crystal Lake. The procedure was less then successful. I was told by Dr. Latvin he had a solution to correct the problem. As of today I have not received an answer. I am becoming concerned as I do have discomfort. What is upsetting I paid complete this work and now I am out of this money. I am at a lost as to what to do as being a senior citizen living on social security. I hope someone can be of service and resolve this issue.
