Nope. Not going here. I tried to call to schedule a new patient appt. and whoever answered the phone was very short - it was the oddest experience I've had. When he answered the phone I didn't even understand what he said and I had to clarify if I had actually dialed the right number. I explained I was looking for a new dentist since my insurance recently changed and he was kind of rude. I am not a very sensitive person, but I do expect polite service, especially if I'm making a big decision to switch dental providers.

I assume I wasn't speaking directly to the dentist himself, but perhaps they should screen employee calls to ensure they aren't scaring away new patients.

I've been seeing Dr. Chung for over 10 years. He's been great. I especially love that he is really fast. I hate going to the dentist so its nice that I don't have to do all that extra stuff other dentists suggest. Cleanings are quick. He did a great job on my filling and has followed up with me. The referrals for my wisdom teeth surgery was given right away. He's awesome.

This dentist works with you in paying bills if you need to spread the payments out over dentist is experienced and has always done a good job for me and never "creates" or makes up problems that need to be fixed as some do. He only works on what is needed and will tell you if something is not necessary. He will remake your mouth guard for a small fee rather than recasting and making new ones each time. I appreciate his cost-saving, but good work on my teeth.

WORST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO OR HEARD OF. I arrived at 4:00, had to fill out some paperwork, use the restroom, & wait for the dentist. I was in my car by 4:27. He spent maybe 5 minutes cleaning my teeth. The water they used to rinse tasted funny, the equipment looked dirty, and they asked me to rinse by handing me a solo cup & pointed at a kitchen sink. The facility felt old & dirty as well.
To top this horrible experience off, he very casually mentions I have a bone growth in the bottom of my mouth that will eventually need surgery because I will lose my ability to speak. He tells me how to spell it & says "google it". I did, and was HORRIFIED. How could a dentist say something like that so casually?
I will say though that the receptionist was very nice. Only good thing about that place.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. It took almost 2 months to get an appointment. When I called to see if they were accepting new patients, before I chose them, I asked how long it takes for an appt. and was told 1-2 weeks tops - NOT 2 months. So I paid for insurance for 5 months before I could get in. The dentist never introduced himself, he entered the room from behind me and immediately started lowering my chair for a "look". The dentist never took his face mask off - What do they say, 'Never trust a dentist whose smile you can't see'? He spent about 5 minutes cleaning my teeth and another 3 polishing them. I tried to explain that I've been having deep root cleanings previously, which usually means should be continued. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to anything I had to say. I feel the insurance company has just been ripped off for a cleaning that never happened, cancelling this insurance if this is the kind of dentists it offers.
Also, this place does NOT accept any credit, including Care Credit....Cash or check only. Not sure how one pays for procedures in cash, I can't afford that.
