Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job.

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable.
