Run, don't walk, from this guy! My mother went in to have a tooth fixed a few weeks ago. He was extremely insensitive and inconsiderate; he said to his assistant when she was in obvious pain with tears running out of her eyes, "I think we have another crybaby". He didn't explain what he was going to do and he ended up digging and scraping her mouth trying to get a root out. She told him she was in pain and he injected her with several more shots of novocaine. She ended up with a bruise on the outside of her cheek! Everywhere she went, people asked her what had happened; she was so embarrassed. She left that appointment feeling humiliated and in a lot of pain. How is someone with such horrible bedside manner in business? And how can I give zeros stars instead of half a star?

I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
