Run, don't walk, from this guy! My mother went in to have a tooth fixed a few weeks ago. He was extremely insensitive and inconsiderate; he said to his assistant when she was in obvious pain with tears running out of her eyes, "I think we have another crybaby". He didn't explain what he was going to do and he ended up digging and scraping her mouth trying to get a root out. She told him she was in pain and he injected her with several more shots of novocaine. She ended up with a bruise on the outside of her cheek! Everywhere she went, people asked her what had happened; she was so embarrassed. She left that appointment feeling humiliated and in a lot of pain. How is someone with such horrible bedside manner in business? And how can I give zeros stars instead of half a star?
