Best dentists in Macon, office staff is always professional and dentists kind and courteous and extremely gentle. Have never felt so comfortable going to any dentist.

I would just like to make people aware to never ever ever use North Macon Dental off of Northside Drive. I went there for a chip on my front tooth. Dr Ko (or whatever) put a filling which looked good, about one month later the filling came out. I went back and he was very unhappy I was back. He went as far as trying to tell me it was a different tooth so I would have to pay for another tooth, where as the one he did was no charge. He refilled the tooth again and the work looked terrible. No one there cared and he just walked out of the room. I went on my way not knowing what else to do. Now over the weekend a bigger piece of the filling has come out . I called the office today and a lady name Brenda whom is the office manager came on the line and stated they would not see me. I explained it was an emergency since I was leaving for vacation. She would not talk about it at all. I do have an appointment with someone else in two weeks for a crown which is what it needed from the start but was never suggested but beings the North Macon Dental said the work was guarantee I called there. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the dental licensing department and getting a charge back on my credit card. HEED THE WARNING .... DO NOT USE NORTH MACON DENTAL. I do need to add that I asked for my money back and they would not do that whatsoever.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. I'm new to the area and will recommend them to anyone looking!

Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered.
