It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Absolutely not, I don't even think they brushed their teeth

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always comfortable to sit through an entire procedure Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
