Although the office was clean, my call was answered promptly and I was given the treatment prices before any services were done I DO have a problem with the dentist that I saw. First, let me say the x-ray technician and the hygentist were WONDERFUL, but the doctor I saw...well, that is ANOTHER story! I regret that his name escapes my memory BUT he is probably without a doubt the oldest dentist at the practice (and there is nothing with being an older dentist at all) but he was SUPPOSE to fill a cavity I had on my front tooth and fix the chip on that same tooth! Well...within 4 days my tooth had chipped again AND the cavity was NEVER filled...found this out when I went to visit another dentist. He showed me before he started any work and CLEARLY the cavity had not been filled. Although I was upset about my tooh re-chipping so soon I was LIVID when I found out a filling I had PAID FOR was not filled!!! While the office and support staff made me feel comfortable my confidence in this dentist below ONE STAR!!!

Basically this place is one of many tiny branches of a very large corporation headquartered in Florida. They practice assembly line dentistry, recommending high profit quick turn procedures that should always receive a second opinion. When we first started going there they demanded having a credit card on file. We refused, offering to leave right then, as in retrospect we undoubtedly should have. Since then it’s been a constant turnover of personnel, as apparently it is not a good place to work either. Communication with them is difficult at best, and the dental work is sometimes iffy. Our final straw was getting a nasty collection notice followed by the actual initial bill which was postmarked a day after the threatening letter. It was soon realized that our balance was somewhere between zero and a credit due to us. This happens to be in gross violation of a federal law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Stay away from this place at all costs! On the bright side, it'll be fun owning the place when the legal dust settles.
