They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
