pleases do not ignore the reviews do your research this place is an
absolute joke and the staff behind the desk is very unprofessional
we have got to get this man closed down this fraud with medicade and we the people he is an idiot not sure he even has a license to treat our chilgren and if so it cant be real no way this is like something out of a horror movie when you walk in this place people please lets get this man and his puppets out of our town he does not need doing dental work on my child or any other child for that mather please lets get this public

Everytime my daughter has been there something goes wrong either the same day or a few days later. It's hard to not get up set when your kid comes to you with a wire lodged in the side of her mouth! We went yesterday for her bottom braces and they only did the ctr teeth & after the 30 drive home a bracket was loose & this morning 3 loose, 1 off & wire sticking her in her lip! I've been calling since yesterday & no answer! My kid is in pain & has not eaten since yesterday morning before her appt!

Absolute madness in this place, and I would suggest u don't dare question the dr about anything, he will flip his lid. If u signed an agreement "rule of seven" that says after 7 broken brackets u must pay.... They don't honor it. The longest I have ever waited n his office 5 hrs 26 min, ridiculous. And u aren't allowed to watch any of the work done on your child either

dont ignore other reviews....i did......we did end up getting very low cost braces with insurance we had and was why we chose dr. clower, we only had one other chose and they wanted to pull teeth so I opted for dr. clower......teeth do seem to be straight so job was done, but what you have to go to to make appts, get a hold of staff, or get any info for that matter is uttery ridiculous......almost every time I go in another client is complaining to staff......I can't count the number of times charts were lost etc......we just drove all the way there to be told the aligner that my daughter got fitted for last appt. could not be found and had to make another appt.....stuff like this was happening constantly over the 4 years we've gone there.I just would say do not go here if you can help it!

They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. When I left my appointment, I honestly couldn't tell if they cleaned my teeth or not. They didn't feel any cleaner at all. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are the WORST. I was so uncomfortable I would have rather just stood up to wait for my appointment. Every appointment there is a minimum 2 hour wait. They over book their appointments. Dental staff very rude and have attitudes about everything; they talk to each other like they are back in the ghetto. Trying to re-schedule appointments is like pulling teeth; they have 8 locations 4 numbers are disconnected and the others just ring and ring. If I can't re-schedule they will charge me $30. Been trying to contact any of their offices for 2 hours and still no luck! DO NOT GO HERE! Wish I knew how bad this place was BEFORE I signed a contract and now I'm stuck! THANKS!

After my appointment, I was looking forward to being able to choose my favorite toothpaste or toothbrushes to take home but instead I was handed a couple of samples and rushed out the door. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. Also, Dr. Clower has treated 4 of my children and I would not have taken them back for braces if he and his staff did not know what they were doing. Have always bent over backwards to work with us on appointments, treatments and payments.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
