I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

The one thing that I really hate about this place is their non-exsistent level of customer service. Their full attention is always on making sure the parents are not allowed in the exam area. I showed up on time for my appointment but so did 50 other people and the wait was rediculously long. They barely gave me any information at all. I had to do my own research to get my questions answered. I always want records of my dental visits, they have never given me an invoice for a visit.

They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I don't think they like to help people save money. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.

I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. One thing that's been so annoying about T Barry Clower DMD P C, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
