I had two different bone grafts done here a couple of years ago. I spent several thousand $. The first one was said that there was not enough bone put in and the second one was so full till it busted my gum open and came out. I know this was the case with each surgery because the surgeon said this. Then it was made to be my fault when it came right down to it. I was not offered any kind of fee reduction for another surgery or a simple I am sorry that this happened to you. I did not go back nor will I ever go back to see them.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I wouldn't have me teeth done any where else.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
