I had two different bone grafts done here a couple of years ago. I spent several thousand $. The first one was said that there was not enough bone put in and the second one was so full till it busted my gum open and came out. I know this was the case with each surgery because the surgeon said this. Then it was made to be my fault when it came right down to it. I was not offered any kind of fee reduction for another surgery or a simple I am sorry that this happened to you. I did not go back nor will I ever go back to see them.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I wouldn't have me teeth done any where else.
