I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Yes, they respected my decision

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Dr. Donovan is THE best. We followed him to his new office in Louisville, despite the fact it is over a thirty minute drive for us now. He makes us feel as if we are his very favorite patients - which I'm sure he does with everyone :)

I would glady and happily refer him to anyone and everyone - which I do!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them.
