They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. My child absolutely loves Andrew Donovan, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner.

They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
