Major complaint is that a Maryland Bridge was ordered prematurely on the advice of Dr. Hoffman and then was rendered useless. Dr. Hoffman worked with an oral surgeon doing the extractions and I was assured that the procedure would proceed seamlessly. Considering Dr. Hoffman knew he was working with another professional prior to the ordering the bridge, the prudent course would have been to await the outcome of the extractions prior to having the patient pay $953.00 for a device that cannot be used. When requesting compensation, business staff contended that the fault was with the oral surgeon when accepting fault would have preserved a lasting patient who had the initial confidence to include Dr. Hoffman for his part in the procedure at the outset.

Excellent dentist. Most staff is friendly. All staff seems quite competent. Dr Hoffman's proficiency seems to outweigh his caring for his patients as people. I feel I am his 'project', but accept as a trade off for the great quality of the dental care.

Dr. Hoffman and his team are outstanding. I have received so many compliments on the dental work. I would (and have been) recommending that people come to Hoffman dental. They care about the patients, make them feel great and are perfectionists when it comes to dental work and making sure its done right. If you want someone who looks at their profession as not only a service but also as an art form go to Hoffman. You will not be disappointed. Hands down the best dentist I have every been to, will not go to another. I commuted in from Manhattan to see Dr. Hoffman; it doesn't get any better anywhere in the country.
