They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have not been able to get to the dentist in a few years due to other medical issues, Dr. Hoffman is VERY informative and EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY knowledgeable in his profession and has a strong passion to care for his patients, as his practice is small and NEVER over booked showing that his time is totally devoted to you and your care, upon my last visit I wore flip flops by mistake as I know ALL places in Florida are kept cold, LOL I mentioned it to the staff(by the way are VERY courteous and friendly and well trained by him as well) and they went and got a blanket to cover my legs and feet, how awesome is this! Dr. Hoffman is VERY friendly and caring and does not make you feel uncomfortable if you have dental issues that are a little worse then he would like to see, he will do everything he can to inform you as to the corrections you need to make. I could go on and on as to how wonderful this private practice is, I have referred friends and would HIGHLY suggest this practice to EVERYONE!! ROCK ON DR. HOFFMAN!! :)

I looked at the reviews and thought something was wrong. Saw some not so good reviews but decided to give hime a try. None of the things I read about were true...I was very impressed wwith this officce and especially the Dr. I'd say when someone post "unknown" and not willing tp post name tells me something.....

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! Very gentle.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!
