Definitely! I could hardly stand to be in the room

Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment

Not at all, they fell off almost as soon as I walked out the door

I had several visits at Alpha Dental this year. The front desk people are not friendly at all. The people who answer the phone are often rude and condescending. The Dentist and Dental assistants were "pleasant" enough, but not overly friendly. The rudeness of the people in the front office almost made me change my mind about returning, however the service was adequate. Not the best dental experience I've ever had, but not the worst either.

The poeple in this office very rude and direspectful. If you are under Ryan White.I have been there twice to get my dentures fixed the first time they made them worse than before and today when I went back they said there was nothing they could do. They acted that they were afraid that they may catch something from me. My stepdaughter and a good freind went there and has run into the same problems when the office crew found out they knew me. I will br bringing this up with my club, Francis House, and my conuselor. I may even bring it up with the news media.
