The worst experience I have ever had with a dental office. The staff (with the exception of 2 or 3) are rude, nasty and disrespectful. After waiting over 2 months for an appoinment I went in for exam was told I needed fillings and the fllings were not covered at 100% - they tried to charge me over $200. Called the insurance co who in turn had to call them to tell them they had to honor the prices they contracted with the insurance co. Got the filings done and had pain in one tooth that had no prior pain. Went back was told the tooth beside the one they filled was cracked and needed a crown - estimated cost was over $400!! I went to a different dentist who checked both teeth and found the one filled at Dentall was fractured from the point of the filling down the side - not only that but the tooth Dentall wanted to Crown HAD NO FRACTURE what so ever!! They wanted to do a crown on a perfectly normal healthy tooth. Additionally my daughter had fillings done here and immediately had pain - turns out the resin used for the fillings had bubbles in it which caused her nerve pain - had to have them all replaced now she is still in constant pain because they were drilled close to the nerve area - needs root canals on all 8 molars at the age of 17. Stay away from this place!!! Warn others!!.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time.

I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
