They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

Group of uneducated, inept dentists, from the "specialist" who did the root canal, to the dentist, that could not prepare a tooth for a crown that ended up to be extracted, to the dentist who extracted a tooth and left permanent damage to one side of my jaw.

The dental assistants were the nicest, and most professional. Felt sorry for them.

They charge you for everything even when you return to them because you still have pain caused of a procedure you got there. The staff are not friendly.

Enclosed is the copy of the check and my intention to place a review of your practice. I will be placing the below in any local online critique of your business. Your business culture sucks.



This office is extremely inept. I carried over an $11.oo (small zeroes) balance from a previous insurance carrier. I paid the invoice in August of 2011 and have continued to receive bills through December 2011 reflecting non payment of a bill that they have already received and cashed and OBVIOUSLY NOT POSTED TO THEIR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE. So I do not continue to receive future erroneous billing I have forwarded an electronic copy of the check -endorsed by DENT-ALL of PALM CITY at my own expense and my very valuable time. You should consider using another local dental office.
