I never wait long enough to read much of the interesting magazines. The staff is super knowledgeable and well-informed. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Our family lives in Michigan. My daughter is a student at the University of Central Florida. She had a minor chip on one of her front teeth. She located Dr. Raymond on line and made an appointment. They demanded that she get x rays before they would do anything for her. They claimed that she had four areas of tooth decay and that it would cost $1200 to repair the four areas. Our daughter has NEVER had even one cavity. I contacted our family dentist in Michigan and he advised us to get a second opinion. After two requests for copies of the x rays, that we never received, we made an appointment with another dentist. They also took x rays and did not find any tooth decay!! I wonder how many other students and families have been ripped off by this unscrupulous dentist??

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I wanted to get my teeth cleaned and knowing that most dentists demand xrays I relented. But, then the dentist, Raymond Lee, said he would only let me get my teeth cleaned (there) if I let him probe my gums for bone loss. I said, I'm 85 years old and know that I have bone loss. I don't have any gum problems. I just want to get my teeth cleaned. He said no. So I left after paying $174 for the xrays which I took a copy of with me.
