I never wait long enough to read much of the interesting magazines. The staff is super knowledgeable and well-informed. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.

Our family lives in Michigan. My daughter is a student at the University of Central Florida. She had a minor chip on one of her front teeth. She located Dr. Raymond on line and made an appointment. They demanded that she get x rays before they would do anything for her. They claimed that she had four areas of tooth decay and that it would cost $1200 to repair the four areas. Our daughter has NEVER had even one cavity. I contacted our family dentist in Michigan and he advised us to get a second opinion. After two requests for copies of the x rays, that we never received, we made an appointment with another dentist. They also took x rays and did not find any tooth decay!! I wonder how many other students and families have been ripped off by this unscrupulous dentist??
