I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Dr. Novak & his staff are excellent to work with. They make you feel comfortable and answer all questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
