They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Dr. Novak is very friendly and great with kids. He also put my husband and I at ease.

While it takes FOREVER to get in to Dr. Novak, he's worth the wait. My son has had numerous sets of tubes, from him and another doctor. Dr. Novak has a great connection with even the youngest patients. He knows how to make a nervous child feel at ease and talk with the parents at a level they will easily understand. His nursing staff & receptionist are equally kind.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
