My experience was horrible. I have never been at an office with such a disorganized personnel. The doctor was always pushing for unnecessary appointments. She even told me that my lungs were popping out of my neck, which I have never heard in my life and I worked for a wonderful internist for almost 15 years. In my opinion this doctor is a quack. She never followed through with my labs. I was there for two years and she never reviewed my labs with me even once. A doctor who cares calls at least once to let her patient know that the patient's cholesterol was high. The doctor's assistant Netta is the worse, rude as hell! I should have known better and not see this doctor after she introduced herself as "I am not going to fill all of those prescriptions!" But I thought to give her a chance. I can say that I made a very big mistake and that I wished I had gone somewhere else. Not a patient friendly place, they all care about the money and they push for unnecessary appointments. They are horrible with prescription refills.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The doctor herself is friendly enough and seems to know what they're talking about, but their phone appointment booking service is messed up, and the secretary is the reason I left. I once walked into the office for an appointment I had booked and she greeted me with "WHO ARE YOU?" Then yelled at me for trying to "walk in" for a physical and told me to get the hell out. She also puts customers on hold while she talks to her friends and you can clearly hear it from the waiting room. If you're okay with not getting prescriptions refilled, and not being able to get in when you need a doctor because of mistakes the office has made and want to be yelled at and humiliated on top of it... take your chances.

I usually have to wait quite a while in the waiting room and then the examining room. The Dr. is usually very rushed, especially since she has be come associated with a certain hospital. She has told me she can never take phone calls and then left to take a phone call. She told me right to my face that my questions were stupid. Her nurse goes way over her bounds giving out information she is not qualified to give out almost jeopardizing my son's health once. Her receptionist is rude. While scheduling an appt., I told her I couldn't get there at that time as I don't drive. She yelled at me to take a taxi.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. If you intend to make this doctor your regular doctor - just know that you will have to follow up to make sure that prescriptions were called in and that they received other orders. They will blame the "system" but I believe that is just plain laziness. The office was easy enough to find.
