I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude . The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.

I have a valid case where the Biilling department not able to do anything. All they believe is their system. I have a worst experience with a valid case, where I had a doctor visit in last year and paid my copay. After 2 months I got a notice that I didnt pay the copay. As I already Paid I didnt respond to that letter. After 2 months later I got another notice that if you dont pay it will be sent to COLLECT. My family insurance Primary owner got really frustrated and paid 2nd time. I sent all the Bill Proofs both my bank statement, I spoke with my insurance they said their system says I already paid copay.

Even afer all this billing dept is proving that their system says I didnt pay this 2 times copay Paid, when I claimed for my 2nd payment to return back.

Now this Billing dept is saying to talk with doctor and their office.

Such a poor customer service.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
