Very disappointed. We received an appointment for my sick son for 3:00, we were finally taken to our room about 4:25. I went to the restroom and it was filthy. The walls had snot and poop smears on the walls. The toilet was nasty and the floors were filthy as well. There were many holes in the walls too. It reminded me of a non maintained house, it didn't even feel like a professional doctors office bathroom. The terrible paint job on the walls has to be at least 5 years old. The room where my son was taken to was atrocious as well. The floors were nasty. Every crack and corner was filthy. Looks like the spot clean the floors. I don't think they get any professional cleaning. The bed/ check up table leg had some red stuff that had leaked down and dried. It looked like blood. My sons hand got scratched by the chair that had a big hole in it and the vinyl scratched his hand. There were big gashes taken out of the drywall behind the chairs and it just looks terrible. The door and handle were filthy as well. They had grime and sludge on them. Once again looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The personality of the staff (nurses and assistants) was also bad. They just walked around like they didn't want to be there. The doctor was good, fast and efficient. They need a cleaning service and a renovation bad. We are currently looking for a new doctor for our son. The room was 7.
