The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible.

No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged.

Yes, and my child likes them
