Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.
