They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. Everyone waits a long time for their appointment scheduled or not. I have waited 5 hours to see Dr. Walker and then she only spent 5-10 minutes and rushed out. There is very little continuity of care because you're always seeing a different PA or doctor. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
