Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
