I've been seeing Dr Keller for over a decade now. There have been times in the past that some of his staff made me so upset I almost left. But I love Dr. Keller so much that I just overlooked the staff. That has changed now. The new Staff along with Janet (who has always been very nice) are very nice and professional. As long as Dr Keller is practicing, he'll be taking care of me.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
