I made a mistake getting involved with this office. Arriving on time for the appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes until Gorokhov came in the room to see me, he was late not because the office was busy, it was hard to understand why he was late and ignore me. No one out of all employees did not apologize for the long wait. The point of my visit was a simple physical exam which is totally covered by my medical insurance. Usually, during the first meet with the doctor, the idea is to trust the doctor to be willing and able to thoroughly examine from head to toe. Unfortunately, it was totally the opposite of what needed to be done. First thing he said to me when he walked in the room, "Why are you guys so greedy for counting every penny." (By "you guys" he meant my race of people and that wasn't the last time he repeated this aggressively to me during the visit). What impressed me the most is that I owe him nothing, and insurance covered everything. It is almost as if he is hungry for money. I didn't understand where all this anger is coming from towards me the patient. I heard about his attitude from the Russian-Speaking residents of Atlanta, its incompetence and its megalomania but decided to visit this office and analyze everything myself, the people were correct. He examined me for only 30%. I still have 70% left to be examined because of his ignorance. According to the law, he had to spend an hour with me. During the 15 minutes of my stress, he will take hundreds of dollars from my insurance company. This is not full information for the patients that are trying to visit Gorokhov's office. I also informed Georgia Department of Health about the activities of this office. I will insist the Georgia Department of Health Representative to hold a conversation with Gorokhov - to begin with. He is not allowed to provide unfinished medical services to patients with the manners he has.

My daughter had also visited this medical practice in the past, suffering his aggressive manners and was not satisfied with his service.

I would definitely recommend this office to others. The staff was very nice and worked quickly. Dr. Gorokhov was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable during my checkup. Overall, I was very pleased.

I think he is a great doctor, very knowledgeable, very smart, always there to help his patients ( unlike a lot of American doctors). He truly cares about his patients. Treats 100% . Not the doctor that will diagnose you on their high-tech online programs, which is very rare to find these days. This is the smartest doctor I've ever been too, and he will be my doctor from now on. All the people I've sent to see him are just amazed how good he is at what he does. Heard so many great things about him from all the people he helped and treated as no one else before. His girl at the front desk is amazing. She is very knowledgeable, very polite, helpful and sweet. She would answer all of your questions and help out in every way she can. Great office, great doctor, great staff ! The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
